Club Run & Jump is looking for an energetic, hands-on Floor Supervisor to help lead our team! If you’re a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and loves creating memorable experiences for families, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Floor Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to support daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. You’ll be a true Fun Ambassador, helping bring excitement to birthday parties, special events, and everyday play.
What You’ll Do Daily
- Lead and support hourly team members on the floor
- Make effective, timely decisions to keep operations running smoothly
- Oversee birthday parties and special events—ensuring all tasks are completed before scheduled times
- Maintain company standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest experience
- Drive sales and maximize profits by delivering WOW moments for every guest
- Motivate the team to provide exceptional service and create a safe, fun atmosphere
- Open availability required:

Tuesday–Saturday: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM

Sunday: 12:30 PM–6:30 PM

Club Run & Jump is a brand-new, family-owned indoor playground designed to give families a safe, clean, and exciting place to move, play, and celebrate. We offer open play sessions, birthday parties, school fundraisers, and more. Our mission is to create a family-friendly environment where safety, cleanliness, and FUN come first!
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
We are Kansas City natives who are hardworking, Christ-followers, and parents of a mild asthmatic child. While searching for a safe and interactive outlet, we came across the only close indoor playground establishment, that was 22 minutes away. While having several conversations with family, close friends, co-workers, and church leaders, it was clear that there was a need for this concept throughout the Kansas City Metro Area. Having a combined 30 years of management/HR experience, we have been given the opportunity to bring our dream to life and feel privileged to share it with others.
